ECS created by Erik Lawyers ECS (E.P.I.C coordination system) E.P.I.C (Events,Enterprise- Program, Projects- Incident- Campaign, Community) This system was created out of the ICS that firefighters use today and modified to fit Into the practical world. Giving your team the training on how to organize ends in a simple but effective way to create the best possible outcome for any endeavor. $150 Best trained as a group but can be taught individually. This is a 3 hour presentation and Q & A We will receive: -ECS Function area description PDF -One 1 hr call with facilitator to answer any additional questions
